Fees
All fees are payable upon receipt of invoice at the beginning of each month.
Your invoice will show what payments were made last month and a breakdown for the coming month including (if eligible) any Free Funded Hours. Fees are calculated on a calendar monthly basis. We are happy to accept a combination of payments to make up the invoice total, these can be made up of vouchers, bank transfers and cheques.
Government Funding
The term after your child turns 3 years old, they will be eligible for the Government Free Entitlement Funding. This entitlement equates to 15 hours per week based upon a 38 week year. As Patchwork are open for 48 weeks of the year, the funding is stretched to assist parents with their budgeting.
We are also pleased to offer the 30 hours funding to eligible parents whose child attends full time with us. Further information can be found on the Government’s website https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk/
For parents who are eligible for the 30 hours and do not want their children to attend full time, we are happy to split the funding with another childcare provider.
